I’m definitely check you uship, I just did a quote it’s $750-800 to ship the car from the PCD. It’s not as as expensive as I thought it would be.

Yes. Wasn’t sure about the color, but glad I did pic this one! Really pops in different types of lighting.

Love it. Your spec looks similar to what I had on order before I went individual. SSG felt so 007 and felt classy and sporty all at once.

Yeah they email your CA and then they forward the email to you.

Once it’s in Paint, everything else goes pretty quickly. Then, the car gets ready to dispatch, and ends up at the port, probably within a week or so. That’s when it’s anyone’s best guess as to when it gets on a ship.

I’ve been waiting at port for a week now, some have been there over a month, and the genius hotline isn’t much help in providing a date for when it’ll get on a ship. They told me anywhere from 2-4 weeks, till it’s on a boat. I’m guesstimating your car would likely go to Brunswick, GA, like mine.

Kind of funny how the first email says 8/21 is my PCD date with no flexibility to change it, then I get another email saying not to make traveling arrangements until 2 weeks prior due to its subject to change 😂😂😂

Meanwhile in my world, genius just uodated me that I’m still at port (Bremerhaven) and recommending contacting them in a “few weeks” where there may be a status change.
4 weeks and 1 day and counting at port over there. At this rate it may actually be my “Christmas morning” excitement by the time it arrives

I think it may be the port, specifically. I don’t think Brunswick, GA sees many ships coming through. So, once they’ve filled up enough stuff on the ship to make it worth the trip, that’s when it goes. My car will be going to the same port, which is perhaps going to cause it to be stuck, just like Jess’s car. Of course, that’s just a theory! Still sucks, at the end of the day.

I think Brunswick is one of the more popular ports. As you look at ship schedules that’s where most ships stop at along with Baltimore. NYC, Texas and Cali are the ports where you might have to wait a bit for.

Right on. All I know is there's a few cars somewhere in this part of Bremerhaven - HERE - stuck waiting for a ship to Brunswick!
