Recommendations for PPF in Connecticut

Does anyone have any recommendations for detail shops in Connecticut for PPF? I’d like some recommendations based on experience. I’m planning to have full PPF applied and am worried about visible edges and imperfections

Just make the trek to Northern Jersey and go to Detailers Domain. Phil is a perfectionist and outstanding guy. He did full Xpel+ceramic on my G82 and it is as close to perfect as you will get.

Not trying to hijack this thread but what would a full PPF cost there or just hood front number and and wheel arches/fenders?

I used RS Auto Detailing in Wethersfield, good work and reasonably priced IMO.

My most recent experiences are with Apex Auto Detailing in Portland and Jimmy has really honed his craft over the last few years (when he switched to XPEL). He's PPF'd both my Porsche GT3RS and the M5 CS. The M5 CS was wrapped in XPEL Stealth and it was not an easy job, but there weren't any material visible edges or imperfections.

ACI Dynamix, down in Seymour, is also incredibly well-regarded and they just wrapped a friends RS5 and it looks great.

I went with a full PPF application but , in my opinion, if i would do it again i would only go with full front end , roof , and mirrors. My g82 is frozen white so the stealth film is a bit more expensive.

I can't even count how many cars i've seen go through Automobilia, including all of my own. Christian & Alex are top notch. Can't recommend them enough.

It's going to depend on the car, the Xpel thickness you choose, and how much prep work your car needs before they put the film on.
