Nope. Not in the US; I’ve heard that the VMax limit can be removed after delivery in Switzerland but it’s unclear if that’s an iDrive 8 specific.

Bogus. So there may be a way to increase the VMAX (w/a potentially lost ecu in process) but so far, no way to add the 10-stage traction control or drift analyzer?

Doesn't make much sense to me as this is all software controlled. Activating/programming through a handheld OBDII should be easy peasy for those fancy BMW programmers. And don't get me started on BMW's bean-counters. They could have a field day with OTH purchases.
