M Badge Control Panel
Hey guys.
Does one of you knows how to replace this M Badge on the control panel? I don’t want to damage something or make some scratches until I don’t know how to disassemble this piece

I know how to remove the whole console but not in the invidual piece. Something tells me that you have to remove the whole console shifter part that part connects to and then try to flip it over and see if you can pop it out.

Thanks, I didnt know there was something like this. I only had two issues with the LCI, this being one (and the other one being the missing heated backseats).
I always thought about putting a vinyl there or something. But for 18€ this is a no brainer, even if it may be difficult to install. |

The type in the photo below I have seen used to remove center caps on wheels without wheel removal. I do believe the shop has a pro grade version. The one in the photo below is Made in China amazon.com yet another -- https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/Clear-S...RD0Z97Z9C0PT2J

PShifterz doesn't list something, unless they have it in stock, or they can get it. I've ordered my 50th roundels, and some other small things from them. I know this is also where people were getting their CSL wheels. This place had them in stock.

Paddleshifters shipping charge is $25.00 for a $15.75 part. Hopefully they will be available in the US in the near future.

Luckily I found on e**y an control panel where the Idrive controller is missing. So as per this pictures I would say that the control panel and the idrive controller needs to come off and than there a just a few clips. I think it’s straight forward to do it

I ordered it from Lebmann on Thursday and it arrived today. From the look of the back of it it really may be installed just by (somehow) pulling the old piece out an pushing the new one in.
Here are some pics of it. |
