Just call BMW Genius, they're usually good about providing the latest in my experience: 844-443-6487

FWIW: I did call Genius and I'm still build week 40, at least at this point. Production number/allocation received 8/1.

Same here. Received allocation and prod # on Aug 1st. I'm in California, so my estimation for delivery is around first week of December. Hopefully sooner.

It's a complete unknown based on which boat you're on, if the boat makes it on time to its stops, how long it takes from the port, clearance from customs, etcetcetcetc.

It's usually anywhere from 4 weeks to 2 months depending on all of those factors.

The other day I was in my dealer’s shop talking with my son, a BMW technician, and checking out the M3s and M4s in for service or waiting for pre-delivery inspection. I definitely want the M Performance suspension after seeing how good the G80s look with the BMW suggested 10mm drop front and rear!

So I walked around to the sales department and found my sales advisor to ask about possibly getting the suspension installed at the port. She and the Dealership Performance Sales person figured out that with my Son’s employee discount on parts and labor, it’s less expensive for me to have the suspension installed after I take delivery, so that’s my plan!

She also looked at my Week 40 Build on her computer and said my car is expected to go from Order Received to Production Started (or whatever the official phrase is) on or near OCT 2nd.

Less than a month away!

The October date is what I was told as well, fingers crossed! I did ask my SA about adding MPerf HAS and he said they aren't able to right now, which didn't sound right.

Whatever, I'll revisit later.

The MP HAS Kit is a port installed option. As per my CA regarding port options,“These can be added/removed all the way up to the point of the car arriving at the port of Jersey.”

My car is a build week 31, it just arrived at Port Newark yesterday, the suspension will get installed during VPC this week, hopefully without any delays 🤞

Bulld week 40 for me as well. I placed my order on 7/27, got my production number on 8/2. I'm getting an individual color, so I thought it would take a lot longer.
