I'm guessing someone didn't proofread after translation thoroughly, it certainly wouldn't be the first time.

Aventurin in German just translates to Aventurine in English. Aventurine (Red) is a mineral, so that's consistent with how the non-racetrack colors have been named lately.

So far so great with the RC--- just the perfect plug and play and walk away mod for those who are not going into fuel modding, dps, and expanded stage mods.

This thread ticks me off. I was already thinking a bit that if I had to do it over, I'd go for a G80 instead of my G82, but this clinches that I would absolutely have used the price difference to get aventurine. I love that color, looks amazing.

Interesting. Most people here adamantly defend their choice of G80 vs. G82. Why would you pick the G80 if you had to do it over again? Overall looks? Rear fender flare? Practicality?

Personally I like the shape of the rear fenders as you mentioned and the overall 4 door stance. A coupe is usually the more sexy car than a sedan in almost all circumstances yet the G80 gives the G82 a run for the sexy money IMHO.

When I got the G80 in PB Blue, I was actually going to the dealer to literally get a G82 in Toronto Red but the stance and overall lines plus that amazing blue hue sold me. As for this Adventurine; I took a flyer as I really had never ever seen the color in person. Ill still say that in certain lights, its not the most exciting color out there.

I agree the G80 definitely looks better than the G82. But I can also say the F80 looks better than the F82

The practicality, and I'm realizing that I don't like how similar the tail end of the G82 is to all of the Lexus', Infiniti's, etc. that I'm seeing. Although I'm not a huge fan of a lot of the rear styling on the G80, it looks different in a good way.

All that being said, I'm actually liking the front end and grill more and more, and the "sporty" nature of the coupe still wins out for me. I think as a layperson I wouldn't notice a G80 as being a high performance car as easily as the G82. I get a LOT of looks and head turns every time I'm out driving the car. I think people are trying to figure out what kind of sports car it is since it looks so much different than even all of the regular bimmers around here. Got a few thumbs up, and one guy in an M5 even yelled at me and waved as we passed each other at an intersection. He may have been trying to get me to stop but that didn't click until I was a mile away.
