What is the ultimate pack? We don’t have that in the US I don’t think.

No we don’t. And it’s likely the buckets.

Yep. Ultimate Package in the UK is (at least) M Carbon Exterior Package, Laser Lights, and Carbon Buckets. It's something like 13-14k GBP

Buckets have been an issue for going on a year now IIRC. It's not just a US issue

It includes these option packages (full leather option can be any colour, not just black - I’ve gone for Fiona Red)
