2023 M4 CSL ready for you.

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
I went to look at it. This thing is the truth.

https://www.bmwofcollegestation.com/...n-tx/72397997/

I would get it. However, I just got an Audi RS ETRON GT.

Car is ready to go. I have nothing to do with this sale. Whoever answers is your seller.

Is it being sold at msrp or is there a markup?

Not sure. I didn’t ask. I wasn’t buying. I just wanted to see it. They install all my tires on any car on the Hunter touchless machine and did all my M car services. So I know them well.

Thanks for sharing. I suspect we’ll see quite a few FBGM’s sitting at dealers until prices come down but the BSM and AW’s should sell through pretty quick. Just a guess.

You are welcome. He wanted me to start it. That was my clue to leave. Before I did something stupid. My wife loved her 18 M3 Comp. It would have been an easy lease.

Would be very surprised if they are just asking for MSRP. Most dealers advertise MSRP and give you the real price with ADM (reluctantly) when you call.
Always read the small print…

From what I have seen - the 'standard' markup is $20K on these cars.

You really have to find the right buyer...it's a niche market IMO. I expect under MSRP within 2 months

That is, in my eye, the most attractive production car made right now. I love it.

I would be interested to hear/read your impressions of the car after you've owned it for a little while longer.

As for the CSL, sure, it's nice, but I don't think it's $70K+ more nice than the base M4. IMHO,

Thanks. That RS Etron GT gets called R8 everyday by someone.

145k for the CSL is a lot. But when you get in over those race bucket seats you instantly know this is for real drivers. Feels focused standing still.

Yup. Love the e-tron GT/taycan. Would love to hear long term ownership feedback.

Been posted a 1000 times on this forum: Cannot compare a limited edition model to base. (Almost no one buys a absolute base M4 anyway.)
Add carbon brakes, carbon buckets, carbon trunk (that by itself is over $20,000. $23,546 on IND Distribution), carbon hood, carbon splitter, carbon lip, lazer lights front and back, all improved shocks, camber, tuning, etc…
It would cost you way over $70,000 to modify a base car this way.
And your base M4 would still be worth the same $70,000 to 80,000 used (less than half that amount 6 years later).
The CSL will probably still be worth $100,000+ in 10 years)
Again, Limited edition…
Not even talking about the driving experience.
Wait until they announce the official price on the 3.0CSL in January.
Also based on an M4 and $700,000+… and sold out.

The regular M3/M4s are still at or above sticker, and will likely stay there for some time.

MSRP is probably the best you can ever hope for. Even that might optimistic since no single dealer is going to have more than 1 CSL. Holding out for that one right buyer isn’t too hard to imagine.

Did the CSL sell, as it’s no longer displaying when clicking the link?

M3s are holding value, m4s are being discounted, 5-7% off

The csl is a limited car with limited buyers
All love here for the csl
But it’s how these things go and will go

I’m a buyer for the csl eventually
But I don’t see it holding it’s value over the next few years
That’s all
My opinion

Most everyone is paying MSRP, regardless of M3 or M4. Some are above, and virtually no one is under.

There was one dealer selling a few under sticker to try and hit some end of the year sales goal, but I bet they’re back to MSRP if you try and buy one tomorrow on the 1st.

I agree.

Time will tell if these are investment worthy (BMWs typically are not), but I think we’re just talking about a fair price now for a new car here and not where things will be in 3-5 years.

Discounted M4 allocations

There are a bunch of M4 allocations at MSRP or under available on the pricing subforum.

Could be due in part to no more individual paint until MY24.
