Dropped car off last week. Got these progress pics. Still have to tint the windows, but it looks amazing. I was on the fence about the stealth, but I’m glad I had them lay down a panel so I could see it and choose this awesome ppf.

Question I’m thinking about going this route with my 23 in tanzanite blue but I’m scared that the matte will not last in the long term. For example like bird poop, or tree sap will ruin it I feel. Is that true? I know you can ceramic coat the car after you ppf it but I mean I’m just conflicted. Could you ask your installer?

It’s the same as regular ppf, it just makes the paint matte looking. This is ceramic coated too. Have them put a piece down like they did for me. That helped change my mind. I was in the fence about it before

I’ve had my Land Cruiser wrapped in satin PPF for over a year and it still looks great.

Car lives outside, gets pooped on and driven through a car wash once in a while.

You need to worry about that with matte paint. With matte ppf...not really a worry. And if it does get permanently damaged, just replace that panel!
