What you are looking at is their flasher tool - you don't need that, that's more for tuning shops that want to do be able to write directly to the DME.

Contact femtoevo via Instagram, they can advise you on the process.

It’s just a matter of time, you can do this on other BMW platforms. I'm just waiting on that

That was probably the worse way to do it. Lol. I remember having so much connection issues with the pi. I just got the adapters to connect it directly to my phone. There probably won’t be an at home flash option for a long time. Like the F series, when everything was figured out there was still bench unlocks required and then a few years later the flash/unlock on your own came.

I was going to wait but I have waited too long haha. I hope there is stateside soon for everyone. When that happens there's going to be an entire nation of M3's and M4's hitting on ramps across the US headed to the shop lol

Such thoughts should not arise, as in your quote below. Then maybe fair competition will be possible, but for now we prefer to keep our solution private, and let others figure it out in some other way, and not on the basis of our labors.

I appreciate what you guys have done. I don't care if I have to ship the ECU to the moon to get it unlocked. Keep doing what you are doing.
