What I did was set sound control to off in the M menu and wired the exhaust flaps fully open. Best of both worlds, no over runs, but valves open and increased volume with great tone. (Stock midpipe)

Yeah this is exactly how the car should have came. Small detail that will go along way to improving the car.

How did you wire the exhaust flaps fully open? Is there a way to code out the active sound design but use the button to open the valves for increased volume?
