It’ll probably be the carbon buckets that do have airbags in them. Better than last time though… |

Dunno how it will work in US, but here in EU not every dealer will even get a CSL to allocate.
And even those who do, they will only get one single allocation. |

I didn't give a timeline 🤫😀🤣 But yes, eventually, I will see it in person. Just have to be patient with me, lol.

I'm quite surprised that no forum member knows (or feels compelled to share) the unveiling date of the CSL. Someone, throw us a bone already.

When the G80/82 first released I thought the G80 was ok but didn't like the G82 at all (which is unlike me as I only usually like 2 door cars).
However I must say I prefer the 82 to the 80 now that I've seen more modded/improved versions. This CSL render & the IOMG Acm-Racing Sport Concepts G82 also on the front page both look very nice indeed imo. I think both the G80/82 are cars that require some smart modifying to look good, the G82 especially so. Then again it may just be that I'm so pleased to see anything besides the horrid iX & i EV atrocities that plague the front page recently that anything half-way decent is starting to look good.🤔😏

I assumed several models will be unveiled in May to celebrate the 50th, but I thought the CSL production starts in June or July. I therefore expected it to be unveiled sooner.

If it gets the same M department love that the M5CS got this one could be a good buy, my plan is to enjoy it 3-4 years (with plenty of track time of course) and recoup the initial cost or have a very low depreciation and move on.
This would be an excellent scenario "a la" GT3. I hope they keep the backseats, that would be awesome.
