I have a G80 currently at the port awaiting shipment.

I am in Vail. Member of the Sonora Chapter of BMW CCA. Current ride is a 2018 440i. Will be replaced with 2023 M4 Comp when it arrives. PM me if you would like more info or to meet up.

Just moved back to Phx from Tucson 2 months back. We still own our property there (rental) and my fiancé's family is all there. We'll be back regularly.

I only saw a single G8X M car when I lived there. I do recall seeing SPY/Fiona M4 driving around just before I picked up my IOMG M4…it was hideous lol.

I live in Tucson and have a 2022 M3 6MT in Isle of Man - seen another green Comp. one around La Encantada as well as a Yellow M4 Comp. in that area and a Yellow M3 Comp. one out by Mt Lemmon.

I take a cruise up Mt Lemmon once or twice a month myself.

Nice color choice. I saw the green comp at La Encantada a few days ago. I also saw the Yellow M4.

We will have to meet up at La Encantada when my car arrives (still at the port). Would love to drive up Mt Lemmon, need to break it in properly

I'll definitely try and organize some meets.

That IOMG M4 Comp you saw at La Encantada, is one of our memeber's rides. He has 3 other BMW's, including a 2018 M5 Competition in Snapper Rocks Blue. He lives a few blocks from La Encantada.

We have at least 2 drives a year up to Mt Lemmon for our monthly drives. If you aren't a BMW CCA member, you should consider joining us. Let me know if you need any info. We also have monthly Dinners at local restaurants.

Hey guys - I'm Scott and I'm in Vail also. I stumbled on this thread while looking for something else, but thought I'd introduce myself. I don't have a G8x, but I'm a long time BMW guy and do a lot of my own work. I'm currently restoring a salvage Austin yellow F80 that's going to replace my e90 335i as my new daily. So, if you see a yellow/gold F80 around Vail that looks like the body shop was training a new intern, that's me. :-p Cool to know some other BMW guys are in the area.

My 24 G80XC is scheduled for production mid-Oct. I’m in the Vail area as well.

Looking to get full PPF & ceramic upon arrival. Looking at Aesthetic Auto Spa to do it unless other Tucsonans say otherwise.

Did see what looked to be a Skyscraper M4 around Kolb/Grant this morning.

The specialists did a great job (near auto mall) on my PPF, tints, etc. Very reasonable as well

Feel free to reach out to me, I had Aesthetic Auto Spa do my PPF. Your welcome to check my G80 out. I like the STEK ppf better than XPEL, less orange peel. I'll show you a few spots Aesthetic kind of messed up, I'm able to live with it and have not had the car back to them to fix it, they say they have a 10 year warranty so I'm in no big rush and it's very minor.

I’ve ordered frozen portimao blue so a stealth wrap will be needed. Does that change your opinion of STEK vs XPEL?

No, I still prefer STEK. Does it make a difference when going stealth wrap, I'm not sure, I haven't seen any XPEL and STEK ppf'd with stealth.
