Michelin AS4 or Continental DWS 06+ are better options as they'll have better performance in the dry and wet. I'm not sure they make a the Crossclimate tires in the the 19/20 sizes.
I'm actually thinking about the DWS 06+ now as a winter tire since I live in the DC area and this car won't see snow unless I happen to get caught out when it starts to snow.

Looks like the come in 19" & 20"
Strong review for snow capabilities.
Go to roughly 11 min for the conclusion.

The widest Crossclimate 2s come are 255/40R/19 and 255/45R/20 - you're not going to get that to fit.

I've had the DWS 06 tires on a 535 and they were great in snow for all-season tires.

Since I decided I didn't want the BMW winter wheel and couldn't settle on an aftermarket solution, and TireRack ran out of the Sotto Zero 3, I went ahead and ordered the Conti DWS 06 Plus for my stock 826s. I'll probably sell my PZeros and buy some new summer wheels come spring.

Thinking about mixing Michelin alpin 5 front and alpin 4 rears. Or should I just go with sottozerro 3's? Can't find much in stock sizing.

Mixing and matching tires is generally not ideal. I'd go with the SottoZero 3.

Don’t mix, ever. Another option is square set-up of front tire size, though that requires a couple extra rims.

FedEx is taking their sweet time delivering my other two wheels... luckily it's still warm enough to keep the summer wheels mounted.

Luckily enough, with these VMR wheels, my old OEM BMW center caps from my previous M2 fit!

I ordered a set of VMR wheels too. Looking forward to getting them mounted. That said, I am having trouble figuring out what size centercaps fit the VMR wheels. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!

FedEx delivered two of the wheels but the other two have been delayed multiple times due to "operational delays".. the delivery date keeps getting pushed back but the wheels are apparently now in NJ so hopefully they get delivered soon.

As for the center caps, I know my OEM caps from the M2's 437M wheels fit so I googled it and the OEM cap for the M2 is 68mm.

Perfect! Makes sense on the center caps. I guess there was only one generation of M2. I should have thought of that before posting.

Thanks for the quick reply and help.

Just ordered the Michelin Pilot Sport AS 4 ZP for winter and I guess we will see how they are. Yes, that is right, the run flats!

They will be on stock 826 wheels replacing the Pirellis that came with the car. Have only had my g80 xDrive comp for 3 weeks now and I dislike the Pirellis so much - for my F90 I replaced them as soon as possible with Michelin PS4s.

First time I go for all seasons - always was switching to Pirelli Sottozeros in the past but we get snow maybe twice a year. Considering these are the OEM for the c8 corvette I thought I should give them a shot. Plus reviews are really good.

I upsized to 285 from 275 for front since they don't have that size. Don't think will be an issue with 5mm added on each side. Rears remain same size.

Thoughts on running 20x10 ET23 all around? There's a guy selling some Variant Xenons with advan sport all seasons from this year with less than 500 miles on them. Would this fit and how would fitment be?

The rears would be fine but not sure about the inner clearance on the front... you might need a spacer. There's a guy on here running 20x10 et 15 Variant wheels in front with no real issues; so maybe a 7.5-10mm spacer up front would work.

You might be fine then... it's just the inner clearance decrease I'm not sure of tbh. Worst case you'll need a spacer to push the wheel out further to give you more room on the inside. With the spacer it should be no problem... you might not need one but I can't say for sure.

With winter fast approaching i thought i would share the tire i use in the Northeast where we get decent snowfall most of the winter. https://www.nokiantires.com/snow-win...kapeliitta-r3/ I have been using this winter tire on my cars for the past 10 years and have yet to find a better winter rated tire. The only down side is you have to adjust your driving style as there is significantly less grip on dry roads ( aka. drive slower). I know some people are not fans of full winter rated tires as you sacrifice a lot for optimal snow and ice traction but here is how i think about it. It is much cheaper to buy a set of snow tires every 2-3 years then replace a fender or bumper due to poor traction.

Does anyone have a recommended tire pressure for the OEM 19" Style 829 winter wheels with Michelin Pilot Alpin 5 tire?

Are they sottozerro 3's in stock sizing? How do the feel in the dry?
Yes. Sottozero 3's. 275/35-19 up front. 285/30-20 in the back. I'm still in the break in period, so haven't really pushed the car, but they feel firm and responsive in the dry. It's also been pretty cold since I swapped wheels/tires with my summers, so that probably helps. Surprisingly, I haven't noticed much road noise from them. I've been swapping winters on my Audi for years. Have run Dunlop and Michelins for winter and they have always been noticeably louder than my summer setup. The Sottozeros are pretty quiet. Maybe because they are new.
Further update on the Sottozeros. I'm out of the break in period, so have been able to push the car more. I've noticed when the tires warm up and when I'm on the highway, traction control engages when downshifting to accelerate in regular 4WD mode with DSC on (like cruising at 70 and then accelerating). I've been switching to MDM 4WD Sport, which works fine. Hasn't been super cold yet and tires probably have less than 200 miles on them, so we'll see if this persists thru the winter.
