Its weird that MY21 G80 comp with 15k miles is more valuable than a similar MY22.

For now that is the data. More MY21 inventory for wholesale dealers to buy compared to MY22, and they are overpaying to have them in inventory to sell.

Cars are worth what someone is willing to pay honestly. If you show up to buy someones E30 M3 with a Kelly Blue book value you're not going to get very far. Same as if you offer someone 'wholesale' value they will just sell it to the next guy in line that's close to their '20K profit' asking price.

xDrive models seem to still be well over sticker on the wholesale market (not surprising).
