$30k isn't even the worst - A dealer in Maryland quoted me $50k over on an in stock Technoviolet 50 Jahre without carbon buckets or brakes. Can you imagine any fool would pay $146,695 for an M3? Insanity!

IMHO these aren’t worth a penny over MSRP. But as we all know the market will decide. I just wish I could spend a few minutes listening to the buyer at that price and hear their rationale for lighting money on fire.

$30k over.

Man I feel for you guys in the US. I'm not happy with £15k Off in the U.K.

Markup BS needs to stop!

PS this isn't really that far from a TR.

I passed one and that was $10K markup. $30K is just outrageous. Better save that money for an M3CS.

Cool car, they won't get the price. Market is shifting...BMW is advertising $1000 accelerate to autumn sales event right now for this weekend...clearly things are changing.

You come across people who just have a LOT of disposable income. I wouldn't pay over msrp unless it's was close.

If deals spin up in November, can people awaiting cars to be delivered in January take advantage? I'm unclear how that works.

Apart from having a color that sounds tasty, pure insanity - no carbon pack/seats/brakes, RWD, no exec package, this is like bare bones.

Oh but it's "limited edition" and so red. And it has 50 Jahre badges. It's an investment. Did I mention it's bright red and shiny?

I'm sure someone will pick this up over MSRP. I guess if they enjoy it and are comfortable overpaying, then why not.

It is Xdrive, and has all the Executive package bits as well. The Jahre has carbon lip, spoiler, and tailpipes, Also carbon inside.

The only real options where the Carbon seats and brakes. I ordered the exact spec as pictured at MSRP when it was announced back in May.

I am about 50/50 if I will move forward with it when the car lands. I say that and when I go look at it, I probably will leave with it haha.

500 in total for North America
