So true. When I was test driving X5s for the first time, we cross shopped an X5 xDrive35d and a bunch of stuff, but when we turned on the 50i and my wife said “do you hear that exhaust?” I knew the deal was done, even before test driving it.

This would be that feeling on steroids.

There isn't much you don't get on the 50 Jahre, and some options might not be available when you order your G80 (according to availability). Not all buyers have to deal with ADM, and be it what it is, not everyone will have one.

Mine is sitting in Charleston waiting on train to PDC hopefully for 14 Oct delivery.
I was hoping for the UK 50 Jahre G82 in Macao Blue but when I heard the price. Forget it. Couldn't even spec full leather and that was a must for me this time.

Interior of the F90 needs a bit less modern than my G05
I am not hating on the M3 — again, phenomenal automobile. But it's no M5.
That's part of it's charm.

Super lucky to get at MSRP!!! Dealer was excellent, and easy to deal with! I have bought from others but just not willing to pay markup or play dealer games. Big shout out to Asheville BMW!!!

Did they ever get the recall done. I was looking at it but there was a stop sale on it.

Stop sale was lifted before resolution of the defect was available. I would have been allowed to take delivery and then bring it back in a few weeks for a software update.
