M3 arrived. made the 5 min drive to detailer for full ppf, ceramic, tint, reflector delete, and mirror tap for radar.

It was a nerve racking 5 min drive, lol. It'll take a couple weeks to get to my car but it's safe in their bay. No way im risking frozen paint and Tucson streets without PPF.

Looking forward to local/AZ meet ups.

Is anyone here tuned by Carbahn " stage 2 " if so, how was your experience with Arrowhead ?

Are you happy with the power ?

I'm not saying I want to go with Carbahn yet, I just want to compare my personal experience with Arrowhead with others here.

The furthest I have gone is a quote anyone gotten a quote ?

So, let’s just say the Carbahn dealers are not consistent with the prices

Arrowhead gave me a quote for install of
8 hours then changed it to 12 hours the very next day

Which made me scratch my head . They are also charging sales tax on the
DME unlock fee, the warranty, and the tune which are all service and not a
tangible item .

I called 2 other dealers for quotes and the were completely diff
, I called my old dealership in Ct and they quoted the stage 2 package at 6 hours vs arrowheads 12 hours .

They were also not charging sales tax in the service side of the quote

I talk to another Carbahn dealer in California and they told 8 hours and no sales tax on the services .

I almost feel as if Arrowhead is charging more because they are the only Carbahn dealer in Arizona .. who knows

I contacted Carbahn directly and spoke to Chris and he said he would try to talk to Arrowhead, that’s was earlier today and haven’t heard back .

I hope you guys have better luck with Arrowhead if you try to get a quote ..

This is my reason for asking if anyone else has already been quoted ..

Maybe someone can call them and ask for a quote to compare .

yup, these are the same dealership we are supposed to trust with our hard earned money !

I posted this info on social media today and immediately Chris from Carbahn texts me say I ruffled some feathers .

He texts me confirming that Arrowhead should only be charging for 8 hours labor not 12.. he asked me to call Joe Lazar at Arrowhead to talk about the quote, when I did Joe was very upset that I questioned his quote and told me to pound sand . He cancelled my break in service appointment and hung up the phone on me .. wow

Well, looks like no Carbahn for me haha, I called VS solutions and Parts Score for quotes.. Pricing is definitely reasonable and I may just go the Bootmod route ..

They did great work with my exhaust and Eventuri intake. Bummer to see they missed putting the brace back on yours.

They do good work no doubt. Not trying to blow them up but no shops bullet proof, stuff does slip through the cracks. I learned to always double check the work. At the end of the day they took care of me and got my brace on so no harm, no foul... for me it's all about customer service and how a shop responds to a mistake that shows their true character.
