Quick question for the thread,

I have a chance to grab some Mclaren sized Mag Blue te37's but I'm a bit worried about the front fitment:

19x8.5 +35
20x10.5 +22

The front's are flat, I'm assuming I'd need to do an 18-22 mil spacer to get a decent flush fit and most likely a 265/35? Any suggestions would be great or if it's not worth chasing these just because of price.

Man that front would be a tough one. Even with a large spacer, that front is a whole inch narrower than factory specs. So aesthetics may seem wonky, and then that’s not even considering the impacts on handling characteristics. I feel the car would suffer dramatically.

That's unfortunately what I was thinking but was hoping someone would convince me otherwise. I appreciate it man!

Thinking about going with these and running a nitto 555r2 285/40 square or a 295/40 in the rear. With a decent spacer in the front and a 25mm spacer in the back. I have a 2022 BMW M4 XDrive in brooklyn grey. What do you guys think?

I’ve seen a few track guys do a 10” square setup, but going down to a 9.5” in the rear, a whole inch narrow than factory, I’m not not sure how much that would degrade grip or handling dynamics.

Then there’s the aesthetics piece; I was surprised how much wider my rear wheel/tire setup looks as an 11” w/295, compared to the factory 10.5” w/285. So I’m sure the same can be said for going narrower.

Is there a reason you wanted to go smaller/narrower?

I’d love to see this. White wheels are a pretty bold move, but I’ve seen a few pull it off on other generation M3s.

That is most definitely the best chsssis I’ve seen wear them. A buddy of mine placed an order for white TEs for his AW E90 M3.

Who is a good reseller of TE37s?

Preferably with correct offsets so no spacers needed?

Issue is finding a shop that stocks TE in G8X sizing. You will be waiting 6+ months.

I wanted to stay close to factory fitment in the front like the 824m wheels (18x9.5) but also run a squared setup with 285/40 NT555R2s. Personally not a fan of staggered setups on AWD cars and especially not a fan of the rubber band 20 inch tire look. I like the meaty tire look. Meanwhile i often see people trying to fit 21 inch wheels. Everyone has their own taste though.

TE37 look really good on the F8x, E9x, E46 but for some reason I don’t like them on the G8x. I need to see in person though. Personally I think BBS LM or LM-R look best on the G8x so far. I am a die hard TE37 and Advan fan btw so no bias in anyway.
