Tint or no tint?
Got my Brooklyn Gray M3 w/ Full Fiona Red Interior. Love the combo, but contemplating to tint it or not. Really love seeing the interior from outside but also hate driving without privacy. Who here decided not to tint the car? And if you did, would you mind sending some pics?

I’m in the same boat… Yas interior on my Frozen White. Just love how the two go together and really make the whole package pop. I eventually said screw it and booked an appointment for tinting. Just can’t do the fish bowl thing anymore. Some privacy and protection from the summer sun will be very nice.

Brodie you're in LA , almost mandatory for us to tint our cars.
Something on the lighter side let's say 35%-50% and your winning. To show off that beautiful interior. Keeps out some of the heat & UV Rays, all the while being aesthetically pleasing.

Just say no to the tint.
My previous car (540i) had tint, and it did nothing (AFAIK) to reduce the temperature inside the car. It was still boiling hot in the summer. Personally, I don't care for the look of tinted windows. My biggest gripe with the tint was that it diminished my ability to communicate with fellow motorists. I refer to, of course, that wave of thanks when someone allows me to merge. Not the various fingers employed to express displeasure with their driving. No, not me.

That's Fiona? It looks like Kyalami. Anyway, I'm part of the no-tint bandwagon anymore, I stayed away on my more recent two. The main reason is because I absolutely can't stand the line that gets created around the dots on the rear windows. Some installers are better than others, but I have yet to see a car that looked 100% and my OCD gets the better of me.

I went with 50%, it's nice and light. You can still see the interior but it's more faint obviously
I think it's a nice balance. Any darker would be too dark for me. I think being able to gesture with your hands is reasonably important especially in built up areas, waving at a pedestrian to cross the road for example |

Front looks lighter than the back in the pic from that angle Some close ups to get a better angle. The transparency really depends on the angle/light I really like the look with no tint TBH especially with a bright interior but wanted some heat reduction too |

Tint. I drove my car without tint for months and realized the heat in the south was unbearable. It saves AC too.

I have not tint any of my last 5-6 cars now. All I wear is polarize sunglass. and I see rainbow with it...
And it give another reason for those azzhole to break-in thinking that the tint is hiding something. |

Tint, always. Ceramic, even. Formula One Stratos, or Xpel Prime XR Plus. These are my only go-to tints.
