Frozen colors look great normally. I'm not a fan of the orange as it looks too muted here. I'm digging the blue. I would love to see a IOM Green in Frozen or better yet, a true individual color like Merlin or Daytona Violet.
One thing to budget for on top of the $4K for the color is PPF. I think after all said a done, a Frozen color will cost up to $10K over a non Frozen variant if you weren't planning on PPFing the car.

Color is cool. Car has some good angles, but that profile screams Mustang and I'm not a fan of the 'stang. M3 though... yes please.

Like the car but not the color. The only colors we haven’t seen on an uncovered G8X car now is Oxide grey and Tanzanite blue if I’m up to date. I hope we get some pix of those on a G8X soon.

That's the path you have to go if you want the Frozen paint. I was looking at a Frozen Grey Z4M a few months ago but decided to wait until the M4 Vert comes out. I live in Chicago and the car will be a daily driver. I think it's non-negotiable that you have to put the Xpel Stealth on this car. A Z4 Xpel Stealth was $8K, and that's a smaller car than the M4. In the end, the $3600 Frozen charge probably turns into $11-$12K.
What concerns me is that in the winter, I can't hand wash my car. I have to go to a car wash. It seems like a lot of careful care (and cost) is required to maintain the frozen. I wish I could pull the trigger on it.... |

The lack of a hoffmeister kink. That's pretty much the only reason I prefer the M3 iver the M4. The kink defines a BMW's profile and gives them so much character. Other than that I don't mind the grill or the taillights. In fact I think they're bold and striking.
