At this point it doesn't even matter what Bmw sis with the M cars. people are gonna hate regardless because their not thinking towards the future. everyone wants to live in past. if Bmw wants to be a around another 50- 100 years they have to be progressive and try to dominate the market.

I was in the camp of who cares how the grille looks, long as it drives good. But now i have to say the m3 and m4 are just so crazy!!! There is no mistaking it when you see it in the wild, wtf is that will be what people say and i actually think bmw did a great job because these cars are legendary! And its freaking fantastic they evoke such reactions.

No it is 1 million percent! I'm saying BMW has always done so... for years you always hear people ask "wtf why did Bmw do that" or say "I hate it" but then a little time goes by and all of a sudden it's the best thing since slice bread..🤣

Guys just lack vision most can't stand to be different because it isn't the norm and I get it but if somebody doesn't do something a little "off" it gives us nothing to talk about or look forward to hate it or love it.

The only highlight of these G80 M3 in the wild photos is.....

The outer LED angel eyes seem to change color to amber to become turn signals.So there might not be separate turn signal lamps. Good for an extra 5 HP.

Doublewide EU license plate is SMALLER than the fugly kidney grills.

Most G80/G82 M3/M4 reviews don't even mention the new S58 engine and handling.

Plus the G80 M3 is 500lb heavier than a F80 M3. Just read that a Porsche Taycan is 5000 lbs...LiIon Batteries!!

This is BMW doing the 'larger the grille, larger the sales' gimmick - Audi did it first and were successful, then the 'idea guy' left Audi and went to Lexus, we all know what happened after that 🤣 expect massive grilles everywhere...

This licence plate makes the grille look smaller, hence it looks slightly better. Without it, it looks like a$$. Still a heavy car though.

anyone remember the bimmerpost render of the g80? I love the bottom bumper design so much more. And it's way more aggressive than what we have irl. The wide mouth looks weird on the real g80, but the bimmerpost render looks so much more integrated and doesn't look bland.
