Wheel options

I have been struggling to find a wheel option i like for my G80 M3 CS. I am not a big fan of the factory wheels.

I feel a nice 10 spoke like the Volk CE28 would be a great fit (i am bias to Volk as i have TE37's on my Focus RS) but there is nothing close in sizing. I was looking at the GT090, but they only come in a 10" wide and was hoping for an 11" in the rear.

Any other suggestions?

Apex has a big following here and for good reason. They make wheels specific to car models and have a very helpful team that will get you the fitment you desire.

This is the only car i've ever bought where i don't see the need to ever swap the OEM wheels.

I think the CS/CSL wheels are awesome and in that gold color, love it. I always thought that if I were to change OEM wheels it would have to be for an aftermarket but I would definitely consider going from 826M to the 827M in gold.

826Ms are peak wheel design to me, can't believe anyone would want them swapped out tbh.

That *might* put them in the top two M wheels if they were silver.

But the bicolor just doesn’t do it for me.

It's a beautiful looking wheel, but I will say it's a pain in the ass to clean. lol.

When I was looking for a winter wheel set, my CA told me to be inspired by M history.

Go back and look at all the OEM M wheels, figure out what you like and, if needed, get a custom wheel set made. If you look around a bit you can get a custom set of forged wheels for the price of many cast or flow formed wheels.

You do not have to be constrained by the split 5-spoke trend.

Well, mine will be up for sale at some point if you want them!

Currently looking at the BC Forged RZ10 as you can get them anyway you'd like and they have the look im going for. Thinking to get a set in 19s for winters and a set in 20s for summers.

Cannot go wrong with a set of HRE lol. Loved my 826m although a pain to clean but the HRE 305 are my fav wheel. I’d put them on anything.

My BC forged hcs02 wheels are coming today and I can't wait to get them mounted. I struggled for almost two years with my 826m wheels and my sciatica nerve is giving me fits. Although the 826m is a good looking wheel, I don't have the patience or back to keep them clean.

This wheel tool was built for 826m wheels. Easily gets between spokes. The pointed tip gets between (behind) the spoke and the base of the rim. Fits easily to clean the wheel barrels too. I spend 50% less time cleaning my rims. I have a set of EBC reds sitting in my shop and was going to install them before I found this. I will do the change over when I install my winter wheel set in late October. I am just too lazy to do it now. LOL.
