I assume numbers vary from advertised as BMW probably quote worst case covering manufacturing tolerances, temperature, altitude range cars operate over etc. people driving in high regions might complain if cars didn't hit the hp numbers …

Jeeeezus, 575, 600 crank HP from a 3 liter motor with a 4 year warranty. Simply amazing. No wonder you have to wait to get one of these.
Those numbers explain the video I watched of a new M4 bitch slapping a 992S in one roll race after another. These cars are bad ass.

same. Why this place (or anyone) would waste their time dynoing just to then only spit out an estimated crank HP number is beyond me.

Although I'll admit I will use "estimated" crank HP numbers with someone who asks if they aren't a car person just to save myself from having to explain it.

Regardless, the numbers are very impressive!
