Looks nice, same as my 2020 X4M Dark Graphite color is cool because its gray in the day time but black at night

I like it because dark gray is my type of color but this looks close to Mineral Gray imo.

Agreed, that's part of reason why I went with it. My f80 and f82 were both mineral gray.

Yup, great color, which is why I’ve also owned two cars in the color. I wish it was available as a standard color on G80/82/87.

Is this the same Sophisto Grey that was offered on F90s? I think it was called something like Sophisto Grey Metallic Brilliant effect or something.

Sophisto grey (paint code a90) also sided to be know as a xirallic paint. Ie with more pigments
I don’t think that’s changed but BmW seem to have dropped that term .

Just wondering if Sophisto grey 2 is a new variation on it

Yes A90 is the paint code.
