The base is really good now. I’ll be fine without a trunk sub.
It does need some adjustment. The stage is a little low. That will get fixed Thursday.

The install and set up take some work.
I did a little write up here up10dsp

Hey, this is amazing. We have a couple things in common: I’m 5’11” and 31” waist and agree 100% with your carbon bucket seat comment - so comfortable! And I went blue on blue, so much respect to red on red. I’m impressed you do all this mod work yourself.

I wear 32/32 and my pants are constantly falling off. Lucky brand works well. For years I wore 7’s or diesels. It can be done!

Here you go… I made the front page a couple weeks back

Fantastic color combination! The younger generation gets scared about monochrome color palette. But it’s been done a lot from the 50s to the 80s.
In 88 an all white Mustang with white rims was the sh!t.

My CA thought I was nuts until the car showed up.

Your CA thought you’d walk.
And I’m 41, so not quite a spring chicken but not a boomer either

Impressive work. Aspirational for those of us who are not as gifted with the technical side of things. Please keep sharing your work because it is one of the more interesting threads for the G80.

Thank you! Appreciate the compliment.
But I’m not gifted. I just love a challenge.
I’ve made more mistakes and messed up more things than I can count. But I get a rush figuring out how to build and fix things.
Electrical is the one part I get. Programming is a struggle.
And for the record; painting is by far the hardest thing to do in building cars.

My power distribution cover finally showed up. I’ll post a daytime pic tomorrow. But for now… this project is 100% done.
