As someone who’s been doing ground up resto’s & comp preps for the past 30 years i gotta agree with your thoughts as to what constitutes a “build” & have to laugh at some of the supposed “builds” on here whereby someone fits a set of wheels, tint & some ppf to a new car & calls it a “build thread” 😂.

No. Building and fixing things is what I do after a 10hr day that starts at 6:30am. I need to keep busy at night and weekends.

HaHa. Yea, old Saleen that ended up being my son’s first car. He over heated the big boar block I built. I had to put a rebuilt stocker with the trick flow heads in it. It will be for sale soon.

I built and modified F-bodies and Corvettes through the 90s and early 00s so can totally relate to the build and sell at a loss comment lol.

Can you take more closeups on that grill and where you purchased it? I’m considering that for my M3 and wanted gloss black. I heard most of the aftermarket options show too much of the foam bumper support, need trimming etc.

The Chinese knockoff off ABS Csl grill and the oem Csl grille are identical except for the badge area. It has perfect fitment , all of the sensors clip in same as oem, doesn’t require any trimming and shows the same amount of the foam support as the oem.

It’s a great option imo and costs only ~ $200 shipped direct from China.
