New M3 xDrive available

There is a brand new Broolyn Grey M3 xDrive available that was just delivered to my local dealership. Below is the spec sheet. The dealer will cater to local and out of state buyers. With all the delays going on this is a good opportunity to jump on this car. It's decently specd and best of all no mark up. If interested please reach out to me and I'll connect you with my sales guy.

Good luck to whoever gets this!

Not to be a buzz kill here, but if this vehicle is bought at MSRP, does the dealer pocket the 6% difference from the wholesale price?

That's almost $5k....plus whatever fees they charge....

Yes they do. Which is why I don't understand the dealers that insist on significant amounts over msrp, they're really making a killing.

That, plus holdback or trunk money, any "finance manager" upsells and probably a cut off the financing end if through BMW FS.

Because it's all supply and demand. Why leave money on the table if someone is willing to pay. Key word in MSRP is "suggested". It works both ways and is the same reason we've been getting 8-10% discounts plus incentives before Covid happened.

I was first in line for the car and the salesman never called me back, so I'm assuming someone sniped it. We'll see though, fingers crossed.

Something fishy going on here. I talked to the manager there and he said it already sold for 12k over sticker.

Sorry to break the bad news, but I did call the sales guy and it indeed has been sold.

12k over sticker sounds absurd. They called me earlier today asking if I was interested since I was looking to trade mine in for the xDrive. My sales guy said they'll sell it at MSRP. I told him thats not the color I want but I can post it on the forum. They must have reeled in a sucker.

I totally forgot about the discount days long ago....when I bought my 2020, ha. It was 14% less msrp.

Supply and demand, part shortages combined with a ton of new wealth these last few years from stock market and real estate create the perfect storm. Veggies are up 83% in last year. I'll cut out the greens before I compromise on my car.

I think most Americans really do love capitalism but they most certainly don’t understand it.

When economy tanks, and it will, and these cars sell below MSRP everyone around here will be jumping for joy with excitement and the dealerships will be a bummed out. But when the economy is smoking hot causing tons of demand and supplies are very low causing shortages that makes prices higher and everyone screams that they are being ripped off and only stupid will pay over MSRP. These same people will have no problem selling their house for 20% higher than what it was worth a couple years ago because of the housing boom.
