Starting thread based on a few other posts that seem to indicate some have confirmed Build Week 21 & May 21. I was initially told Build Week 20 but confirmed with Genius this morning that I’m either Build Week 21 or 24. The woman mentioned she has never seen two dates listed and to call back in a few days to double check. I’m curious if I’ll inch closer to 24 based on Individual paint but hoping that by actually starting a thread the universe will keep me at 21!

Deposit at dealer: 2/9/2023
Allocation/Production number received: 3/24/2023
Individual color approved: 3/24/2023

My excitement level:
I shift gears while sleeping and kick my dogs while using the clutch

First time ordering a car, the suspense is killing me. I’m so used to just buying a car and taking it home, definitely a new experience and it really shows how impatient I am.
I called genius yesterday and got told week 21.

Your spec is so similar to my initial spec. And then I decided I wanted blue on the outside!

I am usually a blue exterior guy, but I looked at a used 21 m3 with the blue interior and I was sold.
Either way you cannot go wrong.

Are you getting the M seatbelts? I have heard some chatter of some members getting those added. My CA had no clue.

Yes the M belts. I went out of my way to confirm with my CA about them several weeks ago and he was very positive I’d have them on my build. Sure enough when I saw the VIR (and the vehicle in MyGarage), it specifically lists out the M belts.

Definitely post pics once you take delivery. I’m definitely excited to see what that build looks like!

I've had a X5D and a RS3 sit at the port waiting to clear customs for months at a time (in the past). :-(

Just got bumped from week 19 into 21. May 22 production date.
I have been 112 since April 15th. Called to see why I wasn't 150 yet and got the news. He said 22nd was locked in now. Before they said week 19 between the 8th and 14th, but not locked in.
