OK..am I missing something here? Is putting the car under my name before its actually in my possession a bad thing if I have already paid for it in full? Does that 1 week of warranty that Im losing out on worth all the hassle? I would rather have the car listed under me even if I dont take delivery of it just to make sure no one sells my car to someone else under my nose.

I mean I understand both sides of the argument here, but I personally wouldn’t make a big deal out of this if I wanted to keep good business relationships with the dealership.
It’s not like you can expect to receive special allocations for super limited cars if you did so, but I still believe there is more good than harm when you look over tiny little things and maintain warm fuzzy two-ways with your dealership. |
