So long story short I order a chinesium midpipe off of alibaba for $588 with express shipping.

I place the order on July 30 and it was at my door Aug 5th. I had it installed on this morning and so far there hasn't been any issues. The fitment was perfect, however, I was slightly concern it didn't come with a brace but it looks like the stock brace works. Time will tell how well the steel hold up but here in florida we really don't have to worry about rust but more so hurricanes lol. Also I don't think it's exactly equal length because when you compare it to the Active one it's missing the last bend. Nevertheless, let's talk about the sound of the midpipe. Its loud, very loud especially when you have catless resonated downpipes. Its not a deep tone like you would get with a single midpipe but it has much higher buzzsaw pitch to it. There is a slight rasp when you come off throttle or when the car is shifting but its not the honda rasp. With the valves close its really quiet but open your neighbors might hate you. Should you get this compared other Midpipes?

Well if you value customer support and warranties then the answer is no. I recommend you go with Active/Mad/IRL and etc. They make quality products and they stand by their work. With Alibaba stuff you never really know what you are going to get so be careful but so far this SEEMs like a solid work of chinesium

Nope

It sounds farty for an EL. But that's a given considering it's not truly EL. The AA resonated EL has a much smoother tone most especially in the mid range
