Sorry about that eh :-). I was genuinely trying to be helpful. Plus seeing how some threads go, this was mild lol.
I had initially confused it with that time my e90 was stuck with the limiter set during shipping, I could not get it past 4.5 no matter what until I took it back in and they had it deactivated. I guess they do that to prevent it from being abused during transport before pdi.

On a sidenote, do the shift lights align with the tac lights? My recollection was iof the shift lights always showing yellow around 5k, don't recall what that tac was showing. But again y'all confirmed I am indeed getting old and forgetting things.
