Make sure thy get the alignment checked. Hitting a concrete curb like that may throw it off.

Yes, I do this 100% of the time when my car is in for service.

I tell them multiple times and also have a sign i hang on the rear view mirror. Hope that's enough to stop them from washing it.

There aren't any curbs to hit in that entire parking lot. Literally maybe 1 single curb and it's painted lol

UPDATE: So my baby has been made whole again. Got a brand new tire and wheel today. I also kept the old ones as a spare. Alignment was checked and it was slightly out of whack so that was fixed. In addition, a software update was performed and now my display shows my car in individual Gray Black. Lastly, SA told me that they reprimanded the kid that did this. All in all, I am happy they took care of me. All water under the bridge. We all make mistakes.

Well now I want a software update in hopes that my car will show in Twilight Purple.
