MSRP Dealers California
Hi everyone !
New to the forum. Have always been a M car lover since I was 15 yo. Never had the opportunity to own one until now 22 yrs later. Was on the list for a z06 and then they dropped the price: 106k not including the gas guzzler tax…. Ouch ! I can appreciate the experience and expense that comes with certain cars but 111k to start I don’t think I’d be comfortable with. Still have my position at an MSRP dealership on east coast for the z06. However with the scarcity of manual transmissions, and the switch to electric cars I think it might be time for an M4. I got two kids 2 and 4 so back seats would be nice. But we still have our cayenne and Lexus GS so this would be our weekend car. Want a manual and sunroof. They are a must. I looked all over Bay Area and everyone is charging above MSRP. Even the dealer where my dad bought an x5 from they said 5k over would be the best they could do. Does anyone know of any MSRP dealers? Thanks everyone! |

A little far, but San Diego BMW doesn't charge an ADM.

I ordered from Roseville BMW. They say MSRP.
My car just hit US soil, I’ll be picking up my car in the next 2 weeks, so we’ll see if they try any shenanigans. |

Good Luck to find one. They will say MSRP once you place an order. wait til car hit the dealership. least $5k mark up or more or dealer add ons. if you back out they can still sell it to others.
Try out of state not in California |

I placed an order with Peter pan last week, worked with Eugene. They stated MSRP with a $1k deposits and I was 5th in line I believe. East Bay bmw stated they would do msrp however, addition $995 for nitrogen air in tires and rear windows tinted. So essentially a $995 mark up.

East Bay told me I’d be 12th in line and it would take over a year to receive the car. I never ended up placing an order through them.

BMW of Murrieta. I am dealing with Dave Townsend and his good advice and prompt replies have made it as close to a pleasure as possible in this market and supply chain. I am hoping to finally meet him face to face as soon as this Saturday.

It was for an M3C. Maybe the M3CX has a longer waitlist? I placed my order a little more than a week ago.

Watching this forum on Jan. 27 I saw a post about an available allocation. I immediately called and Dave Townsend processed my deposit by telephone while the dealership had two other prospects on hold.
The allocation was for a status 111, build week 8 car. In the end (Ukraine war, QC delays, etc.) it was built in week 22 and is now in Port Hueneme and has everything I originally wanted except a Fjord blue interior.

They received 4 M4's on the same truck from the VPC very early Friday. Maybe the supply chain issues are finally starting to get worked out.
