Not Long Island but I’ve had several sets powder coated for previous BMW and Porsches. And pinball machine parts
Most shops are basically the same. They use the same powder, prep process and baking. They’re often differentiated by the size of their oven which allows them to take on larger jobs. As long as you find a shop with good reviews who will properly prep the wheels, they’ll come out great and last a long, long time. Theres not as much ‘art’ in spraying charged powder onto chunks of metal as there is with say an auto paint shop. |

Now that you say that...My company has a supplier for powder coating, and I was considering seeing if they would do the wheels. They typically do structural steel and similar parts, but I'm sure they could manage the wheels.
