Hello to all,
I am about to get delivery of my 2022 M3compx I was thinking of getting a CG valve controller as my first mod (before break in, and midpipe to follow), and was wondering if people are still having issues with this product. Want to avoid spending 550$+ for dahler.

Got mine last week. No issues as of yet and I believe there was one bad batch out there, but seems to be fixed now. I'm sure Mike will chime in.

That said, if you want it, order it asap. Some folks got theirs in weeks, I got mine in months. Good mod though.

Been using mine for a month now roughly, no issues. Works great.
And I’d do midpipe and valve controller same time

Ive had mine for a few months now. Not a single issue with mine.

Mine is default open and or OEM mode when I dont want to be loud. Perfect setup and much better startup roar.

Just a heads up, I think it's just a result of their fulfillment workflow. I think they create the shipping label shortly after ordering, which reports to us as the product being shipped, but they still have to wait for CG to make the controller before it can even be really "shipped" to us.

Along with an email saying my order shipped, was another email saying;

"Please be advised that this tracking number will not show movement until the product is completed and ready for shipment in 1-2 weeks. Please contact us at any time if you would like shipping updates for your order. Have a great day!"

That's what happened to me. Although, I think it is now "on the way" as of this morning!

Another question - has anyone had issues with dealers when servicing their cars with this installed?

I was planning on waiting for my break-in service to install this, or even see if the dealer would install.

I obviously do not want to blow my entire warranty or have an issue for an item that only opens and closes the valves.

Your NOT going to blow your whole warranty.... if be a slim chance they want to be dicks they will void your exhaust warranty

I ordered mine earlier today thinking it'll take some time to get here, since my car won't be here for another month or so, and I got an email saying that it was shipped and will be delivered by Monday! That is super quick delivery! Now it's just the painful wait for the car delivery :

This is specific to VSC ordering; a tracking number is attached to the order right away, even if the product is not ready to ship yet

I'm not a fan of this process, to be honest
