There's absolutely a brown tint but it really brings out the color in different lighting situations.
Grey black is a chameleon grey color.

At times , it's pure rich light grey , then cement grey and sometimes has this glowing brownish grey look to it , hard to describe and it only comes out during certain lighting angles which happens to be my fave color swing of the spectrum

Grey black is my all time fave color now , I'm addicted.

Just to make sure you're speaking his language, use the word "individual" instead of custom. If he still doesn't know what you're referring to you should talk to the manager (and he needs training).

I’ll also add that BMW ran out of Grey Black paint for the year after painting my car

I heard the same rumor. No more grey blacks.

Don you like it? Is yours the ti version? I’m interested in one but only the muffler. I’m not deleting any cats.

Not sure what the Ti version is but I have the full cat back.
It's incredible , it's not too rowdy and the perfect amount of loud.
Personally I'd want a little more umpf so I ordered a dinan valve controller and waiting to pull the trigger on a quality catted DP. Whether it's gonna be AA or Apex is still not confirmed.

I highly recommend it
Your other option is AWE but make sure you get the non resonated version.

Ti = titanium. Do you still have all your cats installed? I want no drone or CEL so prob gonna stick with muffler only. Did you cut your stock exhaust? Thx!

R44 is a full exhaust from headers to the tip so I'm not sure which cats stayed and which ones removed but no CEL or drone.

I only cut the stock exhaust in half for shipping purposes to get out of the shop.
If you're planning to keep the stock exhaust , don't mess with a full catback branded exhaust and just get an AA mid pipe & call it a day.

I don’t want the huge stock muffler. The rest I don’t care about leaving as is. So if R44 doesn’t fit the bill, I’ll prob do the AWE switchback since that keeps the entire stock system prior to the muffler
