Thats good to hear. I opted for performance center delivery so I am hoping my car would arrive sooner than if it was shipped to the dealer...not sure there is any truth to my assumption though.

I am doing performance center delivery too....it actually adds 2-3 weeks extra compared to taking delivery at a dealer....detour from usual destination....dealer and performance center guys need to coordinate the paperwork and then u need to schedule a slot with them...So add 2-3 weeks more on top of existing delays

PCD would schedule your appointment only after the vehicle has cleared VPC in US. They are really backed and most people are getting their date a month later after it clears VPC. So its definitely later than your dealership delivery at least by 3 or 4 weeks.

I would say if you haven't got your VIN by Monday, very latest Tuesday, you may be getting bumped unfortunately.

Well, I was originally told I was week 19…..only to have been recently corrected to week 14! Super excited. Now the game of….will I move to status 150 soon? I guess that should happen soon. Although, I remember the Genius person telling me production would start week 14. So not sure what to believe?

Welcome to week 14 hopefully we're all swinging into 150 soon.

Looking at Week 12 builds they're going into 151 (Paint booth.) So those cars certainly won't be done in week 12 but likely next week. So who knows if week 14 is our start or end date.

just called today and apparently I've been moved back to week 14 (completion first week of april) from week 16 most recently -- no vin assigned yet though on mygarage which is strange -- anyone here at week 14 with no vin assigned yet under dev tools?

Looks like there's about three of us including you without vins with week 14 build dates.

We should hopefully see a VIN come this Monday or Tuesday.

My car was ordered July 21 (Xdrive M3) and I’ve probably had my dates moved no less than 6 times. Now on target for week 14. No vin as yet and the order scheduling process is beyond me. Makes no sense how newer orders are being progressed whilst older orders continue to get postponed. My spec does include buckets and I’m based in the UK.

Spec as follows:
M3 Xdrive
Portimao blue
KO extended leather
Visibility pack
Carbon Bucket seats
Heated steering wheel
Parking assist
Red callipers

I think the similarity is that you're all getting M3s. There must be some sort of delay with the 3, whereas the 4 is getting through a lot easier.

I think it's totally random and unfair to many. Mine is M3 comp rwd, no bucket. I got my allocation on March 4th, then go into 150 last Tuesday, not being bumped around even once.
