Of all the new cars the new m240i looks the best imo. The grill is just the right size.

Every year it seems they have less and less products in the performance catalogues. They are also increasingly less interesting than the last ones, now it's just dwindled down to a handful of carbon fiber exterior accessories. Too bad, the downfall began when they changed it from 'BMW Performance' to 'M Performance", I think.

Not really sure what you're trying to get at.

My biggest concern right now is that my Stealth Hitch / One up bike rack set up for my 2019 m240 will probably not fit the 2022.
Might be a wait until Stealth Hitch (a great product/company) makes a version to fit the new model. I hope this is not just a euro available option.

2023 M2

Do you know when BMW will unveil the 2023 BMW M2

Will the front bumper look like the spy shots from china with the unusual square grills

Do you guys go to a body shop, or the dealer, or a performance shop to get carbon fiber M parts installed?

All of the above.

If you buy them with the new car they usually get installed at the port.

If you buy through the dealer after car delivery then most probably have the dealer install.

Others install them on their own or have some other non dealer shop install them since it’s probably cheaper.

I purchased my carbon spoiler through my local dealer and they were honest enough to tell me to take it to a body shop (mentioned their own) as the dealer service techs are not confortable with that kind of install.

Also, for whatever reason performance parts from this dealer are massively discounted compared to every other dealer in my area, including the one I ordered my car from. So if you are looking for parts thru the bmw m performance parts website, try checking switching your dealer around to see dealer prices.

I found this on Youtube for the regular 230i and the M240i. I looks a lot like the one for the M340i.
