Fiona Red or Silverstone CF buckets? Please help!

Hey folks. I managed to snag an allocation for a 2022 M4 and I really need your help to decide between Fiona Red and Silverstone CF buckets for my build, with BSM exterior and red calipers. I'm going with full leather and I have everything decided except this. I'm also concerned with longevity as I'm planning to keep the car for quite a while.

I only have a short time to decide and I'd really appreciate your input!

What is the exterior color? I love the Fiona Red seats, but that would also depend on the exterior color. Though I think the red is pretty versatile.

I got the Fiona Red with Skyscraper. My exterior color is conservative so I wanted the interior to have some pop to it. I initially was going with Kyalami but never had the chance to see in person. Opposite goes if you have a wild or bright exterior.

Very nice choice, congrats! I was under the impression that Silverstone would pop with the BSM more, until I saw a few members post their pics of BSM with Fiona Red and now I'm stuck!

No worries! I would personally go with Fiona as I think it would really pop on BSM. I don't think you'll have an issue with either but I'd personally go with Fiona.

If you never had red or similar color. I would go with Fiona. I ordered my car, also BSM with silverstone this time since I came from a F80 with sakhir orange interior, to change it up. Also Fiona was not available on the buckets on 21's. Either one will look great though.

Silver stone buckets! I have the Yas buckets and I honestly wouldn't enjoy the car as much as I do with these seats!

My current F82 Comp is mineral white on Silverstone, but I had a 435 and two 335's before it (N55 and N54) that were ALL Alpine white/coral red. I love both the red and Silverstone equally, but the G8x body is so different and I had to go with a black car this time around. I've seen the G8x with both interiors. The Silverstone is VERY classy, but the Fiona Red is so sporty. As I stated before, I'm also concerned with longevity, as I'm keeping the car for a while.

Will I get tired of the red after a while? Will the Silverstone look too dull after a couple years?

I wouldn't have had hesitation going red again, the cf buckets in Fiona look so good. Just wanted to change it up and Fiona wasn't an option for me. Would have been a close call. Silverstone buckets look damn good too though.

With Silverstone are you guys protecting the seats from staining somehow?

I have two kids (5yr and 2yr old) I doubt I can keep the back seats clean with them two. Otherwise, I would have loved to get Silverstone or ivory.

With my F82 Silverstone interior, I protected the seats even though I have no kids and no pets. The reason why I'm so torn between the two colors is because I like the way the Silverstone brightens up the cabin, but the Fiona is bold and sporty.

Even with protection, I'm still concerned with how well the Silverstone will hold up over time. The SS leather on my F82 door armrest is looking a little worn and so are the driver's seat bolsters

I still have a little less than 2 weeks to finalize my order. I'm torn between fiona red and black. I have yet to see fiona red in person apart from the sample. In the pics it looks very bright, like lipstick red. Afraid I might get tired of it. If it was a little maroonish red I would be all over it.

Thanks bro, I saw this thread. What bothers me is how dull the Fiona Red looks in those pictures, almost like a brick red, which I don't like. But in other pictures I've seen, it's nice and bright. I want the interior to be vibrant and stand out

If my two choices were between black or Fiona, I'd pick Fiona Red without hesitation. But you and I share an identical concern - "will I be tired of the red interior after a while?"
I'm not leasing this vehicle and I'll be keeping it for a while, I want to make the right decision

That's funny, I'm hoping for the more brick red and the photos of a really vibrant red almost turned me off. Time will tell when I finally see it in person!

It’s not. The pics makes it look almost orangy, trust me when I tell u it’s RED!

Did you happen to take any pics? Please post if you did.

I am leaning towards fiona red too. My exterior color is Alpine White with red break calipers. I think that will tie it together nicely.

I picked up my car today with FR gut, its more of a red orange than lipstick red.
