The gold flake is incredible. Hard to believe this is considered a standard order color with a small upcharge compared to a full individual color. I woulda loved this on my previous F80. I was originally ordering Brooklyn til I saw a dravit car at my local dealer. I instantly changed. I get soo many compliments on the color.

Anyone have any pics of a DG with Fjord Blue interior? I think I screwed up by ordering it that way and wish I picked a different interior color. I just didn't realize how dynamic DG is. Hope I didn't make a huge mistake, we'll see when I get the car, but if anyone has seen any DG's with the Fjord Blue interior or have any pics, I would appreciate it!

That's an odd color combo. I think dravit with red interior is one of the best combos for the g80.

The way cars are selling here, I may just consider taking delivery and see if it's horrendous enough to order another one. I'll drive the ugly duckling for a few months while the next one comes in. Maybe I'll lose $5K, but hey, it's like if I leased a car for 3 months. I'll be "fine" with it if that's the max I lose.

I'll talk to some dealer friends to see if that strategy makes sense. If they disagree, then maybe I just might take your advice and cancel it. It's frustrating, but you do have to be happy with your car, even if you have to pay the price of your mistake with time and money.

I am sure it will look just fine, I wouldn’t worry about it. It will be a rare combo and is what you originally wanted, if you want to replace the car wait until there is an LCI or special edition.

G80 has bold interiors, they work on certain exterior colors, DG is one of those colors that works with all the interiors on offer.

Dravit Grey / Fjord Blue??? Yikes. That sounds like it will conflict because blue is a cool color and DG is a warm color due to its gold flake.

It is notably lighter than Dravit Grey, but still has the metallic effect that changes the appearance in the sunlight. Bernina is more gold/brown (amber) tone and Dravit is more of a green/olive tone - also darker as I mentioned.
