I decided not to wait and picked up a g80 comp 2024 Dec 31. $1k college rebate (PHD) and no rate mark up/MSRP. No regrets as the wait for the LCI would have killed me. Plus like others said there will be a price hike. The only features I would of wanted that might be coming out is digital key plus but at the same time I got the laser lights which are the nicest lights in the market

I did pretty much the same thing. I had intended to wait for the LCI, but I ended up finding an M4 on a dealer lot the last week of December. They did 7.6% off before the loyalty rebate and didn't mark the rate up. I decided to jump on it. I'm sure I'll regret it when the LCIs start showing up on the road.

That’s a great deal! I would of looked at an M4 too especially as they are discounting them but I just needed 4 doors. I don’t think we will regret anything, too early to tell and I don’t think the changes would be worth the price hike. It would of been worse getting the pre idrive 8 g8x that would have gave me regret

Yeah, I'm sure you're right about the price hike. And I kind of doubt there will be discounts on the LCI, at least not right off the bat, anyway.

I received an allocation for individual order recently. BMW told dealer that MY24 orders have just been exceeded. I am first inline for the MY25 so no fretting over laser at this point.

M4 or M3? Sounds like BS if you’re buying a G80, production doesn’t end until July.

I’m sure there are still G82 allocations available if you don’t want to wait (and called around), LCI is March, but at this point, I’d probably wait to see what’s what.
