Very light build. PM if you want contact. TX buyers only per dealer. See build sheet below. Thanks.

Zero packages, a moonroof, no CF interior trim, but...ventilated seats and full tartufo?
Very oddly spec'ed. I wouldn't be surprised if the dealer sold this at a loss to get it off the lot. |

Yeah I’d be pretty pissed that a buyer spec’d such a weak build then left it for the dealer to sort out. Basically, using an allocation for something like this when the waiting list is still long for those that would spec great builds.

Very questionable build thats for sure. I could see this one sitting on the lot for a little bit. The CF roof and interior trim, along with no laser lights would be a hard pass for me.

I've seen that car when I took delivery of my individual M3 last week... Definitely a peculiar and barebones build.. Thought it was odd seeing basically nothing checked off on the spec sheet

It must be a rejected special order. People who ordered two years ago were hoping to flip at a premium like it's still Covid-era car shortage. Also, the rate hikes by Fed worked. People aren't willing to take loans at 9% now. I see these weirdly spec'ed ones everywhere now. You can get 9-10% off MSRP if you're not picky.
