I run the E50 tune just fine on my all stock setup with BM3/Femto. OEM cats on too…
The stock gap on our BMW/NGK spark plugs is 0.025” so there’s no need to change those either.

Depends on your tune.
If the car is stock or is using a piggyback, i would not go over E40 Using bootmod3 with their flex fuel kit and multi-map, you can do 100% E85. the tune will max out at E55, but no harm in using 100% E85
