Agree!

But still, the prices of m performance parts in general were always too expensive IMO...and still are!

CF for BMW is still like they are gold digging

yes. One advantage of getting an aftermarket wheel set would be the option of getting a custom offset (e.g. flush with fender).
This!

Spending 7k or more on wheels, I expect some custom fitting, not having to put spacers afterwards to make the fitment flush...

for a nominal amount more you can get some nice monkblock HRE's. I think BMW should be more competitive if they want people to go OEM vs aftermarket

Sell out? Like a limited run of them? then no, but supply could be hampered due to covid or whatever and that could prevent you from getting them installed at port or thereafter.
I'm just so used to a limited supply culture now with sneakers, clothes and even the PS5, that I just assume everything is similar. Appreciate it.
it's more supply/demand. I was able to easily get a PS5 last year, maybe I was lucky? I'll be honest, I've used it once and my wife has done the same so it's basically there for show currently.

Ever seen what a set of HRE forged wheels run? Familiar with the "M Tax" concept? These are moderately priced. For me, it's not worth it. I have the 763M wheels on my CS and I am just fine with the 826M on the G80. But for what they are they are not overpriced.

depends on how much they weigh vs stock comp wheels too. the weigh savings might justify some price hike but yeah HRE's get up there.

Forged wheels are expensive, no doubt about it. Weight savings is a HUGE factor in wheel price but often times the complexity of the design and overall "wow" factor are a large factor as well. Buying OEM will always be more expensive as well, but I really don't think these are out of whack. You?

it depends for me at least. if I got the OEM ones for a steal sure, otherwise if I wanted to drop $10K or under I'd go HRE or some other equivalent aftermarket wheel

The 763M wheel is exactly what I compared this to. I was able to get 4 of those for $3700.

For sure, I was wondering if they would lower supply to drive demand, as it's a popular route nowadays.
Yeah I got one on launch, 100% Miles Morales in less than 20 hours and cyberpunk was trash; so it's been a giant white, glowing orange block next to my TV for months now
My wife doesn't game, but I foresee me losing it once the Harry Potter game comes out.

The side fender badge pieces in carbon fiber should have been included in the external carbon package.

I think that means it includes summer tires that would be my logical assumption

I'd hope so for 7100. Then it might not be so bad.

It says the blue car (stock) has the OPF. Does that mean the M performance also has it? Sounds more crackly/poppy than stock.
