Europe is a disaster even without a war spreading.

Then Secure larger home to ensure security to reside with a budgeted stable mortgage (fixed), no surprises.
Fill home with children (wife too hot).
Fill garage with M cars and other performance vehicles (guilt free due to house security) for my family and I to enjoy.
