Can someone 3d print something like this insert to put into the little tray area. Love the CS but having that useless wireless charger that can't even charge phone fast enough while sacrificing the cupholders is so stupid.

This is from a gt3, but technically it would work and look the similar.

The 911 cup holder pictured above is a good idea but practically a very bad solution. It is unusable in a manual transmission car and very difficult to use in an auto. Finding a solution in the wireless charging area would be better imo.

I’m sure I looked like a nut job with my measuring tape at different stores lol

If you like the idea I can take a picture of how it fits tomorrow morning for you.
I also can vouch for the Yeti Rambler w/ the Hotshot.

Lol that wouldn't survive creeping out of my driveway, much less any real driving.

think we're going to try to pick up the Porsche cup holder part and 3d print the housing to fit it in the little bin area. Probably best bet for now.

Does anyone know if it's possible to take out the wireless charger and add the cup holders from g80 back?

I tried to look at the parts diagram to see if the front portion of the center console is the same, because if it was, that would work by simply taking out the front section and replacing it with the cup holder part. Based on the diagrams, it looks like it’s slightly different up front with how it engages, but it could simply be a drawing thing. I almost feel like it’s worth finding that part and buying it and see if it’ll work. If not, then you could ultimately accomplish this by just swapping out the entire center console and getting the armrest and bin along with a little bit of weight.

I just got my CS aswell about a month ago and ran into the same issue. I thought I wouldn’t need to use it but then quickly saw I was wrong and I went on Amazon and got myself a cupholder that u put in between the passenger seat and middle console. Once u first put it in place it seems not super well in place but it actually stays in place very well even at higher speeds. It doesn’t mess with the passenger space too much either.
