Awesome! I’ll be following you all close, I flipped to 112 a few days ago, but I’m supposedly week 2. Maybe it’s because I ordered an M4?

I will say genius said that these build weeks can shift, not always set in stone. He said having a slot around christmas/new years, it can potentially push to week 1 or 2 of January. I’m not really losing my mind over when its getting built now that I know its planned. 112 really took away all that “OMG WHATS HAPPENING” feeling.

You could have been moved up - you could call bmw to see if you were still week 2

I talked to them yesterday, week 2 is what they said but seemed like mine switched to 112 before some in this thread? Guess I’ll keep watch and see what happens.

I think week 51 won’t start production for about 1.5 weeks or so on average. Just based on where previous build weeks are

Also I think the m4s are built in a different factory than the M3s (based on the long sticky post from a few years back describing the build process)

I wonder if there’s a difference with m4s going 112 earlier than M3s or vice versa.

Well gents..... I got screwed. Called my SA today and he looked me up in the system. I got pushed to end of Jan. Fuck.

In other build week threads it seems carbon bucket seats as an option have been delaying people’s builds. Maybe that’s why you got pushed?

It appears that I've just slipped from Wk 50 to Wk 51 so hiya fellas.

Production date 12/18...assuming all goes as planned.

M3 Comp XDrive in San Marino Blue & full black merino.

Anyone know the optimal time to finalize plans for any port-stalled options? I've told my salesman a few times, I just want to make sure I stay on top of him.

Nice! Same production date. Your car coming in around Charlotte? I live in va beach but my cars coming to Durham- closest allocation I could find
