Nah they basically have no idea, salesman said it could be an item that was on constraint or a production issue, but no way to know, my build was pretty basic with no carbon options except the interior so doubt it was the former. Genius wasn’t able to say either. Just hope they have it sorted whatever it was! Shes at port Bremerhaven now waiting for a ride over here soon but am not getting my hopes up! Seems pretty arbitrary which vehicles go first as some people wait at port only a few days and others months. Will definitely post up some shots once it makes its way here! Enjoy yours in good health guys and happy new year!

FINALLY got my M3!

I had originally ordered back at the end of September, dealer had an allocation already so it was expected early/mid December. My wife and I were expecting a son with a due date of 1/31, so I figured that will be perfect, plenty of time so it won't be a distraction when the baby comes.

My wife goes into labor a week early, last Wednesday, about 8 hours into her labor I'm standing by her hospital bedside and guess who texts me, my salesman with pictures, the car is here! (Needless to say I didn't mention that at the time to my wife LOL). Baby boy Danny and my other new baby came on the same day, 1/24. Dealer was gracious to hold onto it a few days and I picked it up last Saturday.

So far its been fun adding both to our family, and baby Danny likes to go on rides with me at night to help break it in(and give my wife a chance to sleep).

Its been a whirlwind week that's for sure! Very pleased with both new additions.

destriero dude, congrats! Sorry that it all happened at once but sometimes chaos is a good thing. If this is your first kid, I can promise you little boys are a handful but so much fun. Hopefully you’re getting some downtime from work to just slow down and enjoy the new addition a little bit.
