How often to change transfer case fluid on xdrive models?

I’m wondering how often you need to change the transfer case fluid on the xdrive models, I can’t really seem to find anything about it online

On my x5 and 5 series I change it around 60k miles with all
The other fluids.
If you run it hard maybe need to cut that back to 40k to 50k.
Don't forget to have the vtg calibration done one fluid is changed
